You do not need to be a member to receive the BTC Bulletin or participate in temple activities.  Your donations  are much appreciated at any time. However, membership helps support the temple on an ongoing basis and includes the following:

– Financial support for the temple’s operations and mission
– Wedding and memorial services
– Inclusion in our Temple Directory (published every other year)

In addition, temple membership is required for certain special events such Ti-Sarana (a “confirmation” ceremony), scholarships, and stipends for additional study at other temples. A reduction in the membership fee may be available upon request depending on circumstances.
