Similar to Tai Chi, Qigong focuses on gentle dance-like movements to promote health and well-being–relaxation and gentle exercises for cultivating life energy, called qui (chi) in Chinese. Classes are held on Tuesday mornings from 11 am to 12:15 pm. The class is open to all ages, but especially geared to seniors.
