Migrating to Mailchimp

Good evening, followers of the BTC site!

We are migrating all of you to our new newsletter service on Mailchimp.  (Some of you are already migrated.) The transition should be seamless for most of you who signed up using your email.  But if you suddenly find that you hear only crickets from us every month and suspect that you somehow got cut, please sign up at the sign up page here. That link is also available in the sidebar on our site.

Special note to WordPress users:  If you signed up to follow our site using your WordPress account, note that we do not have access to your email address and cannot migrate you.  That’s about 43 of you. If you suspect that this applies to you, please add yourself manually to the new list at the sign up page here. That link is also available in the sidebar on our site.

Join us for New Year’s Day service

Join us for our annual New Year’s Day service on Monday, January 1, at 11 am.  Service will be followed by the traditional group ringing of the kansho (bell) 108 times, a sake (or virgin) toast to the new year, and a potluck luncheon.  You are welcome to bring festive and auspicious food to celebrate the new year (optional).
