This weekly Wednesday study class focuses on different topics from session to session. Past topics have included “Give Up What?! The Relevance of Renunciation,” the role of mythology in religion, similarities in the teaching of the Buddha and Christ, selected readings from Shinran, Maida, Akegerasu, Dogen, Suzuki, the Dhammapada, and much more.
No prior Buddhism knowledge is required and class is free, though donations are always appreciate. All are welcome to attend. Classes are start at 7 pm and end at 8:30 pm on Wednesday evenings. The class goes on summer hiatus from mid-June through mid-September. Check the Calendar and our Facebook page for the latest updates.
